We’ve done it again! We’re delighted to have been awarded Employer of the Year at the Investors in People Awards.
This comes after a number of recent wins, including two top accolades at the Vodafone Partner Awards and being named Partner of the Year at Virtual1 Future Connect 2021.
This award recognises us as one of the top employers in the country with an Investors in People Gold accreditation – and we’re now working towards our Platinum status!
Our awards submission focused on our People Plan, which empowers staff, encourages open communication, and serves as a reminder to all our people that we are here to work hard, but have fun while we do it.
We also focused on flexibility - our Agile Working Policy ensures our teams have a good work life balance.
