Inert Recycling is a family of companies specialising in the handling and disposal of aggregate and commercial waste. The brand has grown over 10 years from a small one-site landfill operation to become a family of companies on multiple sites, offering a total “one stop shop” solution from land surveying and waste planning to the collection of waste and depositing it to landfill.
Background
Onecom has been with Inert from the start, beginning by providing personal mobiles for the owner and directors and progressing to the point where the relationship now includes the supply of business mobile, desktop phones, broadband connectivity and some aspects of IT support.
Our relationship with Onecom has grown along with our business. We have a very strong relationship, with one point of contact who is always there for anything we need. They are always proactive in finding solutions and in helping us through any challenges we have.
The Solution
The business now has around 80 staff and most recently Onecom supported a move of its main office to a larger building at its site at Eastleigh, near Southampton, working to advise on all the business communications aspects of the move including infrastructure such as the routing of broadband cables.
Onecom is also helping the business digitise operations, supplying ruggedised Samsung tablets for use at weighbridges and on site.
