Onecom approved to empower public sector through Government G-Cloud purchasing framework

Onecom News ,

UK Government and charitable organisations will now have access to Onecom’s specialist consultants and leading technology services for framework procurement of cloud technology services for Unified Communications, MS Teams Voice and Contact Centres, through the latest Government G-Cloud framework.

Onecom helps public and private sector businesses reimagine the way they interact with their customers; digitalising the customer experience, creating operational models that are no longer defined by location and delivering imaginative engagement strategies by harnessing the power of AI and modern automation and self-service technologies.

Onecom’s industry-leading specialists and technologies will help public sector organisations compete with the reputation of leading brands and deliver simply brilliant customer experiences through modern and innovative cloud technology and managed services. Bringing together contact centre expertise, technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will transform an organisation's engagement model.

The G-Cloud initiative by Crown Commercial Service enables customers to procure services at pre-negotiated public-sector rates from Onecom, without the need to run a lengthy and costly tender process.

Onecom has been approved as a supplier in three key areas of critical business communications technology:

  • Unified Communications: Cloud telephony solutions across softphones, handsets and smartphones with business intelligence and application integration.
  • Connect4Teams: a cloud solution that delivers direct routing, PBX integration, secure voice recording and contact centre capabilities within a Microsoft Teams environment.

  • Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS): Digital transformation with omnichannel customer experiences and engagement delivered over the Cloud with performance reporting and analytics.

The appointment enables public sector organisations including central and local government, health and education bodies, blue light services and charities to access Onecom’s consultative experts and cloud-based services that have previously not been available via Frameworks.

Martin Flick, Onecom CEO, said: “This appointment cements Onecom’s position as a trusted supplier to the public sector, reflecting our commitment to helping UK organisations of all kinds to realise their potential through transformative communications and customer experience technology.

“We look forward to building new partnerships through this framework, enabling public sector organisations to succeed using the power of our expertise and technology and helping to drive ongoing digital transformation to support a public sector that is agile, efficient and sustainable.”

Onecom is the UK’s leading business telecoms and cloud communications provider, operating from 14 regional offices across the UK, supplying over 70,000 business customers with over a million services.
