TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONECOM - WEBINAR COMPETITION

1.    To be eligible to enter the promotion, participants must:

a)    Register and provide your corporate email address with a legitimate and verifiable company domain; and
b)    Attend the webinar related to the promotion in its entirety

2.     Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3.    The closing date for entries is 23:59:59 on 30th April 2024. Only one entry per person.

4.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5.    The prize is a £50 Amazon voucher and must be taken as stated as no alternative to the stated prize will be available. Winners will be chosen by random draw on 1st May 2024 and notified by email before 3rd May 2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 working days a substitute winner will be drawn.

6.    The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding (including cancellation of the draw, amending the terms, and refusing entry to the draw) and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Abbreviated details of the winners are available from the Promoter within one month after the closing date.

7.    Personal data will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy.

8.    These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law.
